The Yak Collection includes two scrumptious yak bases.
Yak Singles is a single ply fingering weight yarn made with 65% Superwash Merino / 20% Silk / 15% Yak, 523 yards / 120 grams.
Yak Dk is a 4 ply dk weight yarn made with 60% Superwash Merino / 20% Silk / 20% Yak, 231 yards / 100 grams.
Both bases have a beautiful sheen and drape to die for. The colors are dusty and moody with a beautiful heather effect.
Colorway options:
Timberwolf, Fossil, Young Cab, Smitten, Sun-kissed, Sienna, Spring Moss, Aegean Teal, French Blue, and Prelude.
With all hand dyed yarn there will be some variation from skein to skein, even within the same dye lot. If you are knitting a project that requires more than one skein, I recommend alternating skeins.
Handwashing in cool water with gentle wool wash and laying flat to dry are recommended.
